The Art Market will be at Cedar House Gallery indoor and outdoor on October 17th from 11am to 6pm
Submissions due by: October 10th
After paying the fee: Send up to 8 images to CedarHouseGallerySav@gmail.com (click email)
Requirements:
No more than 8 images representative of the range and quality of your work
2-3 images of your booth at other festivals, if available.
● Please note that samples submitted may be used in publicity materials for the market, the website, social media.
*When accepted you will receive an email notifying you that you have been selected. The application fee is non-refundable.
$80 Tent Set-up Section: up to 4 tables, tent, back display
$50 Single Table Section: Allowed one standard-sized table can have back or easel display set up
$40 Student: Single Table can have back or easel display set up (Photo of valid student ID required in submission email)
$90 Drive-In: in the back parking lot you may park a small RV/van studio or Vehicle truck set up
$100 Large Gallery Room: we have 2 large gallery spaces inside first come first serve, can hang on the wall space and will be given the option to leave it up till end of the month (gallery will handle your sells after market)
$95 Small Gallery Room: we have 1 small gallery space inside first come first serve, can hang on the wall space and will be given the option to leave it up till end of the month (gallery will handle your sells after market)
The artist must supply his/her own tents, tables, extension cords, seating, and display materials. As well as each artist/group is responsible for their own form of collecting payment for sales.
*This event is a family friendly work that we feel is inappropriate will not be accepted, and as for it not being refundable is referring to in case you drop out or don’t show on the day of the event.
